At Sargent Training Academy, we commit to providing tailored training packages to professionals in the Beauty Industry. Our company has evolved from mentoring beauty professionals on a one to one basis to provide the internationally recognised CIBTAC Level 3 Award in Education and Training. The educator training is delivered by Emma, who, as well as having a Master’s in Education and 20 years of training experience, has a passion for the Beauty Industry. As husband and wife partnership, Tony and Emma Sargent will ensure that your Educator training is tailored around you and your needs.We are also pleased to be able to offer our stand-alone training sessions. These are designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to strengthen you and your team so that you are the success as you aspire to be. Our Training courses have been developed to give you all the teaching techniques that you will require to train others in the treatments that you are certified in.
As well as getting a full understanding of how to teach in the industry, we will go through how to create training manuals, lesson plans and the accreditation process.
We will recommend the best accreditation company for you based on your certificates and experience so that you can start delivering training as soon as possible.
Our courses can be delivered on a one to one basis or in a group.
Our course is assessed by workbooks and a micro teach.

At Sargent Training, we have a comprehensive library of Training Manuals that have been expertly written to meet industry standards. When you purchase one of our manuals we personalise them with your Training Academy logo, name and any images you wish to include.
Each manual comes with a lesson plan that details the structure of the lesson and is easy to use.
Although our library is vast, if there is a manual you need for a treatment that doesn’t appear in our list, please get in contact with us as we are able to create manuals for you.
